Policy related to telephone canvassing

We inform you of your right to register on the opposition list for telephone canvassing and suggest that you register on Bloctel.

Bloctel is the opposition list for telephone canvassing on which any consumer can register free of charge in order to no longer be canvassed by telephone by a professional with whom he or she has no current contractual relationship, in accordance with Law No. 2014-344 of March 17, 2014 relative to the consumption.

The law specifies that it is forbidden for any professional, directly or through a third party acting on his behalf, to canvass by telephone a consumer registered on this list, except in the cases enumerated by the law.

Why do we collect your data?

All data that we collect and hold about you as an individual, which might include your name, address, email and telephone number, is held and processed by us in accordance with the law and in accordance with our Privacy Statement. How do we store your data?

When you provide us with your Personal Data we will process it using our systems, meaning your details will be inputted into our secure databases and/or the databases of the third-party services we use. We have security in place to ensure that your data is not lost, stolen, accessed by unauthorised third parties, or tampered with in any way. Internally, your personal data will only be accessible by those members of our staff that have a need to see your data (which will depend on the nature of the services we are providing to you).

Are we allowed to do this?
