• Villas and flats: 5% excl. tax + current VAT (20%), i.e. 6% incl. VAT
• Land: 8.33% excl. tax + current VAT (20%), i.e. 10% incl. VAT
• Transfer of leases and businesses: 10% excl. tax + current VAT (20%), i.e. 12% incl. VAT

* Fees payable by the vendor unless otherwise indicated on the product sheet.

They include visiting, negotiation and sales record services.
