The chalet offers easy access to piste-side restaurants, the Les Gets lake, and the golf course above. Whether winter or summer, this chalet provides an exceptional base to enjoy the resort and its beautiful mountain setting. The property has a proven rental history and rents well.

Location

Chalet Marmotte is a 5-minute drive from the centre of Les Gets village, situated off the Route des Chavannes, which leads to the golf course and upper ski lifts.
