SERVOZ – A buildable, flat plot of land in le Lac, Servoz

Terrain Servoz is a buildable plot of land close to the train station in Servoz le Lac. The plot is 660m² and flat, with a significant buildable footprint that would comfortably allow for a single chalet, or 2 small chalets, subject to other planning restrictions on boundary limits and height.

The plot is a very short walk from the station, giving easy access up into the Chamonix Valley as well as down to le Fayet. It is also close to the autoroute junction, for links to the Arve Valley and Geneva.

Our opinion

This is a good value, flat plot in a great location for those who need easy access into the Chamonix Valley, or the Arve Valley and beyond to Geneva. Subject to planning permission, the plot could accommodate 1 or 2 chalets, or a chalet mitoyen. Although narrow, we calculate that a chalet of approximately 7 metres depth could be built, with decent area remaining for a garden.

Location

Terrain Servoz is in the “le Lac” area of Servoz, no more than 100 metres from the train station. It is just over a 10-minute walk into the centre of the village itself and a 10-minute drive from Chamonix.
