Nestled on the edge of the natural park in the charming village of La Colle sur Loup, this superb mas offers an idyllic setting just 5 minutes from the famous medieval village of St Paul de Vence, and is ideally located close to the towns and beaches of Cannes, Monaco, Nice, Antibes and Cagnes sur Mer.
Surrounded by greenery and flowers, it features a swimming pool with shower and a pétanque court, and faces a natural park through which the River Loup flows.
In the 18th century, the Mas was a monastery where monks produced lime in the two large fireplaces in the central courtyard, then served as a post office under Napoleon Bonaparte. In 1985, it was bought by David Carradine, the American actor famous for the "Kung Fu" series and the film "Kill Bill". He sold the property a few years later. In the early 2000s, the farmhouse became a guest house and underwent numerous improvements.
All bedrooms and bathrooms were completely renovated in 2020. They are airy thanks to their high ceilings, and most are very bright thanks to large windows. Each room is equipped with double glazing and air conditioning. Bathrooms have been designed with comfort in mind, some with Italian showers and others with corner cubicles. Sinks and toilets are wall-hung. All rooms have direct access to the outside.
The Mas also includes a 40m² self-contained apartment with private garden. This apartment features a spacious 17m² bedroom with a 3.5m² bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower. The 19m² living room is luminous thanks to its huge bay windows offering a view of the private garden. It also includes a fully equipped kitchenette.
Vast terraces around a beautiful swimming pool, plenty of parking spaces, truly a charming place.
