Our opinion

This is an interesting, effectively new-build project. As a former storage space, the ground floor has huge ceiling height and, with the large windows, will create a very appealing, light-filled volume akin to a “loft” design. Moreover, the buyer will work with the interior designer from the outset, creating a bespoke product to your specific wishes.

Location

Coral H is located in the “Les Pelerins” area of Chamonix, just under 2km from the town centre. It is a 7-minute walk to the Pelerins commercial centre with several shops including a supermarket, bakery and bar/restaurant. The Gaillands lake, climbing wall and ropes park is 500 metres away as well as many hiking trails into the forest.

For public transport, there is a bus stop close to the property as well as the Les Pelerins train station 400 metres away (with stops for other bus lines).
